Registration Info & Documents
for the 2016-2017 Fall/Winter Season

Registration day is Saturday August 27, 2016 from 9am-12:00pm at the Riverfront YMCA gym. 
All swimmers new to Tigersharks must complete a swim test on registration day.  Returning swimmers who are unsure of which practice group they are in should plan to take the swim test on registration day also.
Please note registrations must be received by September 12th to guarantee a team t-shirt.
Please be sure to bring a checkbook to registration because we are not able to process credit cards.

Fee Explanation - Where does the money go?
Registration Form -Fill out, print and bring it with you to registration. 
Code of Conduct - Swimmers and parents need to read, sign, and turn in a copy of the code of conduct on registration day.
  • Volunteer Contract  - Sign and turn in at the volunteer table at registration. This is required to be on the team.  Only one contract per family is needed. Coming Soon


  • *Any families who are experiencing financial hardships should look into the Annual Campaign program via the YMCA. Contact the Riverfront YMCA for additional information. Application packets for this program can be picked up at the front desk of the Riverfront YMCA and should be return to Stephanie Ball or Allen Mangus by 9am on August 26th in order to have a decision made prior to registration day.  Please put your forms into an envelop marked "Swim Team FA Forms".

High School Pre-Season:  
Please note YMCA membership is required and can be signed up for at the front desk.  Swimmers cannot begin practice before they have a YMCA membership.
Pre-season Information

USA Swimming:
USA Swimming 2015/16 Registration Form -This form is required only if you plan to have your child swim in USA meets in addition to the YMCA meets.  New swimmers must submit a copy of their birth certificates for USA registration.  Swimmers who have submitted a birth certificate within the last year do not need to resubmit it.  Total cost for USA membership is $86 (includes team fee).
Transfer Form -  Please use this form if you are already registered with another USA team but wish to transfer to the Tigersharks
